Two days ago, we spent a relaxing day at the beach. In the afternoon, we decided to take out the camera for a few photos of ourselves after over three weeks. Samuel wasn't quite excited about it, so we only took a few photos and then walked back to our part of the beach. Little Philipp, whom we had met here, was playing with his dad. Suddenly, we felt the urge to take some photos of them. Meanwhile, Hammed and his wife Katja, along with their adorable daughter Neta, came by and asked us to take a few photos of the three of them as well. So we ended up doing two short 5-minute photoshoots and really got into the photo-taking mood.
The next morning, it was time to check out of our accommodation. We were very sad because we had met some lovely people here, the accommodation was amazing, and the beach was a dream. This is a place we definitely want to come back to.
We took the ferry to Koh Samui, where we once again realized that Koh Samui is just not our island. It's loud, it's stressful, and we felt like all the relaxation was immediately gone. However, the accommodation was even nicer than we expected, especially considering how affordable it was. We decided to stay in Fisherman's Village again, where we had already spent the first week on Koh Samui. In the evening, we approached a couple and they were actually spontaneous enough to do a little photoshoot with us. So our camera finally got some use:-)
The next day, we spent time at the pool, where Samuel made friends with two adorable boys from Sweden. Despite the age difference, they played together nicely. In the evening, of course, we strolled through the village, looking for a suitcase because Samuel will need one for the journey back home ;-)
With that, we wish you a wonderful day and best regards, Karin & Joe & Samuel
