This morning we drive to the Centro and visit the local fishing specialist shop. A small store with plenty of fresh seafood. After identifying some fish thanks to the translator, we decide on 2 beautiful sea breams. We continue to the Mini-Allimentari, where we buy more ingredients for our fish menu. Very important today - buying tissues - because both of us have caught the nasal pest. We take a little walk and visit a medieval town called Castelsardo. On the way back, we marvel at rock formations, canyons, and lakes. But Corsica is still the so-called 'Calliste' for me - the most beautiful, as it was called centuries ago. Meanwhile, the neighbor's cat has made friends with us and doesn't leave our side anymore. In the evening, we have the sea breams from the oven with potatoes and lemon slices, along with a Sardinian white wine. At night, we are tortured not only by the cold but also by the loud rock music from the village - celebrating May Day on Sardinia seems to be a bit different.
