Lodares de Osma (el Burgo de Osma-Ciudad de Osma) (Soria) (12/2019)

Lodares de Osma is a locality (hamlet) belonging to the municipality of el Burgo de Osma-Ciudad de Osma (better known as el Burgo de Osma), in the west of the province of Soria, in Castilla y León (Spain, Europe). It is part of the comarca of Tierras del Burgo. It belongs to the judicial district of el Burgo de Osma, the judicial district No. 2 of the province of Soria, and is also part of the Tourist Community of Tierras del Suroeste Soriano.

According to the data from INE in 2023, it has a population of 21 inhabitants. Lodares de Osma is located a distance of 5 km (approximately 6 minutes) from el Burgo de Osma (the municipal capital).

The small but beautiful parish church is dedicated to Saint Nicholas of Bari, in the Sorian Romanesque style. The patron saint of Lodares de Osma is the Virgin of the Well. The patronal festivals of Lodares de Osma, in honor of the Virgin of the Well, are celebrated around August 10.
