Information for singers and travel participants

The concert tour of the men's choir Gleichen to Poland and Ukraine is planned as follows from September 15 to September 21, 2016:

1st day Thursday, September 15

Departure by bus to the partner city Jelcz-Laskowice at 6am, evening concert. Overnight stay in the county town Olawa, Hotel Jakub Sobieski.

2nd day Friday, September 16

7am continuation to Krakow, sightseeing and overnight stay at Hotel Studenckie (Zaczek) in the center of Krakow, performance in the city center.
From Jelcz, the Polish delegation will travel with (12 choir members and 3 city representatives).

3rd day Saturday, September 17

7am continuation to Lviv, city tour, musical performance at Maidan (public square in the city center).
Evening visit to the brewery. Also a small performance with singing. Overnight stay in Lviv, Hotel Dnister, near the city center.

4th day Sunday, September 18

9am continuation and reception in the city of Schtschyrez. Arrival there at 9:45am.
Visit to the memorial, the local museum, and the former German settlements Einsiedel and Rosenberg.
2pm participation and performance at the local city festival. Overnight stay in Lviv.

5th day Monday, September 19

9am return journey from Lviv to Jelcz-Laskowice. Overnight stay in Olawa, Hotel Jakub Sobieski.

6th day Tuesday, September 20
Visit to Wroclaw (European Capital of Culture 2016).
Evening cozy musical evening with farewell dinner in the village of Biskupice-Olawskie, a district of Jelcz-Laskowice.

7th day Wednesday, September 21
10am farewell and return journey from Jelcz-Laskowice to Gudensberg.
