In order to avoid participants getting lost during the planned warm-up of the TR Club, I had to drive the roadbook again. It was necessary to check the order of the entries, the distance information, and the travel times. Who knows, maybe there are still new construction sites?
Moni allows me to take the Bulli and so I set off comfortably.
The start was at Ebianum in Fisibach, where I reset the daily counter to zero. At Kaiserstuhl, I crossed the Rhine and the border into Germany. Continuing towards Steinachtal and up to just before Bonndorf. From there, I continued to Stühlingen and finally Rheinau, the destination for the day. More precisely, the Restaurant Buck.
The Bulli held up well and on the way, I treated myself to a break with a delicious sandwich and a great view from the comfortable bench.
The smell of gasoline was gone and the engine no longer stalled at intersections - so everything is fine? We will see.
The route was about 80 kilometers long, plus the journey there and back, all accompanied by good music and in a wonderful car.
