The next morning we woke up to rainy weather, but we started our day early.
First, we went to Trondheim, where we admired the famous colorful houses by the water. Trondheim is the third largest city in Norway and used to be the capital of the Norwegian empire. The vibrant colors of the small stilt houses were very impressive, especially in combination with the foggy weather.
Unfortunately, the weather didn't improve and as it started to rain heavily, we decided that Buddy also needed some protection from the rain. We looked for a pet store and quickly found one called 'Buddy', where we found a suitable raincoat for our Buddy! At first, he was a bit skeptical, but once the purpose and usefulness were recognized, he accepted the little coat on his body.
With his new outfit, we set off for a small private lake surrounded by a colorful marshland for the night. We walked around it and the suction noises of our boots made it impossible for us to get lost.
After dinner, we lay down and looked at some pictures from the day when we suddenly heard strange noises outside in the dark. At first, we couldn't make out what we were actually hearing, and Buddy was also unsure. To be honest, it scared us a bit because it looked like someone was walking around our car with a flashlight. Suddenly, we heard dogs howling and barking, and they started running, pulling a small cart behind them. We could only recognize it once they had moved away from our car. At the front of the cart, there was a small lamp that illuminated the way for them and their owner. With relief, we admired the sight of the cart disappearing into the night through the misted windows.
