Kuala Lumpur was a short stopover of 2 days. The city was very clean and offers excellent, sometimes free, public transportation.
But I want to briefly report on three highlights:
1. The skyline of the city with only 1.8 million inhabitants.
View from our hotel pool.
2. We met a Czech couple who has been traveling for 4 years and has visited Kuala Lumpur several times. They think the city is great and gave us the tip for the third highlight.
Pawel and Darina
3. The tip was to visit a Buddhist temple, more precisely its associated kitchen.
Huge, super delicious vegan buffet with a variety of new and unknown flavors.
The sight of such a huge, delicious-looking selection of food, where vegetarians can freely indulge without having to search for chicken pieces, was unique.
