Still on Koh Samui

The past few days I've been lazing around... Lots of beach time and a few walks... In the evenings, I've been trying out some bars... The day before yesterday, I ended up in an English pub a bit off the beaten path and had a long conversation with the owner (an older Englishman)... It was very amusing... Yesterday, I was at the beach, but when I got into the water, my entire skin started itching and I got red patches... At first, I thought I had a skin disease or something. After doing some Googling, I found out that it was caused by stinging plankton... Apparently, this happens from time to time... My skin is still itching... Today, I took a shared taxi to Chaweng because I wanted to check it out... But I didn't find it very nice here... Very crowded and 'stinky' Today, I ate at the food market... It was really cheap and tasty... I only discovered it today. Now I'm sitting on the beach watching a fire show...
