Tag 30 Erg Chegagga - Zagora

We drove further today because the wind that started in the afternoon was quite unpleasant. Everything was covered in dust. Driving out of the dune area today was the final straw. Even our bed was covered in dust. The company Vorwerk could really have a field day with our Rudi. As for me, I have to say that I'm not a desert person. It was nice to see and experience it, but overall I prefer the green and the mountains. I haven't been looking forward to a shower this much in a long time. Especially my hair. We didn't have any problems with the car at all. Burki drove everything. I would have definitely brought it to a halt. Just 10km before Zagora, someone stopped us in the middle of the road. He had a workshop, the bus gets cleaned, etc. He followed us to the campsite. They all mean well. They just want to earn something, but sometimes it's just annoying. Especially when you're already annoyed. We're staying at a campsite today. It's very crowded, but the showers are okay. Tomorrow we'll look for something else.
