The best 2 days in Laos

Friday 17.11 (80 km/ 2012hm)

Day of records

Today we are going to make 2012 meters of ascent, which is a record on our trip.
It goes downhill for 20 km, then 10 km uphill, then 15 and then we will take a break with Tina, whom we met on the way up.
The last 20 km uphill are hardcore and it takes about 3 hours for all of us to reach the top!
BUT THE VIEW WAS PHENOMENAL!

The second record was the shabbiest room so far - and for only 6 euros! Outrageous.

Saturday 18.11. (74 km /1200 hm)

The best day of all is rounded off with a shitty campsite for 4 euros.
There are no showers - we are supposed to bathe in the hot springs - of course.
