Our accommodation for last night was a very large old farm building which is now a B&B - really nicely repurposed. Trewithian wasn't directly on the coast so we had to walk a bit to the Coast Path. Today we had to climb Nare Head. It was also still very warm. Nice to look at, but a little too hot for hiking. Sunscreen is an annoying must after spending so many hours in the sun. I hate it.
Passing many beaches, the Shallikabooky Beach Hut at Pendower Beach tempted us to have a quick cappuccino. But we had to hurry as we had arranged to meet Hugh and Juliet Morton from Kingsbridge. They wanted to run towards us. Again everything is very exciting.
And actually - after our long, tough and hot climb, we met Hugh and Juliet shortly afterwards... 🤗
