6.10.18 - Quebec

When we opened the curtain of our cabin this morning, we were once again overwhelmed by the beautiful morning atmosphere on the St. Lawrence River. In addition, the forests on the right and left banks are changing color and there are picturesque villages. We arrived in Quebec at 9 o'clock. The weather was cloudy with cold winds. One of my tasks today was to post a cap. But first we took a shuttle bus from the port to the center. The French influence is very visible and we spent several hours exploring the old town and its surroundings. And I bought a cap. We are both excited about Quebec!!! And even though it's cold, the Indian summer makes the landscape even more beautiful.

Back on the ship, we had coffee and cake and then went to the sauna for the first time, where we sweated a lot to warm up. At 7 pm, we set off for Halifax and will leave the St. Lawrence River towards the Atlantic over the next two days. We are looking forward to it, even though it will probably be too cold for sunbathing, but we definitely won't be bored, there is so much to do!!
