2. Day in Asia - Arrival in Langkawi

Today we flew from Singapore on a short flight to Langkawi in northern Malaysia. A beautiful island, with somewhat murky waters so far, but that was probably due to the storm of the last few days.

It is still warm, and the food today was great again: ramen soup, rice with chicken, and sweet toast with egg for breakfast, and in the evening, Chinese cuisine with a good level of spiciness.

At the airport, we met two girls from Austria with whom we happened to share the hotel. We then met again at the beach for a drink and went out for dinner.

Overall, a relaxed day.

P.S. Our phones were dead, so there are no photos of the beach or the hotel yet... coming tomorrow.
