New Castle or off to the suburbs

The escape from Sydney brought us to the next larger city on the east coast: New Castle. Well... Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But we went to Aldi and spent some time on the beach...

By the way, we decided to travel here by greyhound bus as the prices for a campervan are currently not in our budget.

In the hostel here, we got a tip and tomorrow we will make our way to Annabay, where it's supposed to be amazingly beautiful (and there's also an owl and a possum living there 🤗). We are excited and looking forward to nature and untouched beaches.
