An educational trip

Hello everyone!

Today we headed to Berlin-Mitte after a late breakfast. Our destination was the Reichstag. We leisurely strolled along 'Unter den Linden' to get there.

There, we had a very interesting guided tour. We also stood in front of our Chancellor's office. Unfortunately, she was at the Chancellery at that time and not in the Bundestag.

Finally, we were allowed to visit the dome and had a great view over Berlin!

As we strolled through the Tiergarten, we came across the CSD (Christopher Street Day) festival. There were not only delicious food and drink stands, but also many interesting people. We were totally fascinated and asked our educators many questions. Of course, we couldn't miss a treat, there was soft ice cream.

On the way back, we did some shopping for the last few days.

When we arrived home, we fired up the grill and prepared delicious salads.

We spent the evening playing games and enjoying each other's company.
