Dear readers!
Today our path led us first to the village of Hermigua. There we visited El Pescante. This is a former ship docking point for loading bananas. Besides the remaining pillars, we were most impressed by the sea with its gigantic waves. Normally, you can swim in the natural pool there, but due to the water conditions, this was not possible. On our drive to the viewpoint of Los Abrantes, we could see some banana plantations from the road. Unfortunately, today we had some bad luck as we couldn't enjoy a good view into the distance. Although it was warm and sunny, the clouds were too low. In the evening, we enjoyed the sunset at Playa del Inglés, which is a 10-minute walk from our apartment. Today was sadly our last day on the beautiful green island. Tomorrow, we're off to the next adventure!
