Last ski day 27.01.2023

Yup, this day started a bit hectic. Everything had to be ready for inspection at 7:15 am. Some were still in bed at 7 am! After this turbulent start to the day, everyone enjoyed the 'bread breakfast' one more time before heading up to the beloved ski area for the very last time.
In the cable car that took us up to 2340m, we enjoyed the view very much. Above all, the song 'Über den Wolken' from the bus stuck in our heads and fit this moment very well. Once at the top, you can guess three times what we did first... that's right, the beloved warm-up (very important for all athletes!!).
Afterwards, we split into two groups and each went down the red and blue slopes. This went very well and repeated several times until we all met at the top for lunch at 12:45 pm. We were allowed to enjoy the descent one last time for 45 minutes before it was time to return the skis and quickly get on the bus.
Consequently, all our big bags were packed into the bus and after Mr. Weichard's heartfelt closing speech, our bus journey began.
