Florø

After that, when I drove to Florø, the rain stopped and the sun was shining in the city itself. Looking for a parking space, I first drove to the airport, but then found one in the city center, which is located on a peninsula.

I had imagined everything a bit bigger in Norway's westernmost city, but the "city center" consisted only of a street at the harbor lined with relatively old houses in the Swiss style.

After five minutes I was done, so I decided to climb the local hill. On the way, I came across old installations from World War II and on the summit I got a decent view of Florø.

On the descent, I ended up at the airport and since my parking ticket was about to expire, I had to hurry. But at the lake, in the middle of the city, I still had to take pictures of the seagulls.
