'Farmer's tan' is in

Shortly after writing the last post about the heat, there was already rain and cooling down.

Nevertheless, the last weeks were also characterized by heat.

Not much happened on the farm, except for some French visitors and a lot of napping.

Spontaneous order from the local supermarket

I treated myself to a few more days in Geneva, as it was simply the closest big city.

Geneva is home to a lot of international organizations, such as the UN for example, which gives the people of the city a very international flair. I felt like I heard more English on the streets. Apart from a beautiful old town, lots of water, and a great music scene, it unfortunately had less charm for me, since most of the city was built in the 60s/70s.

A total of 2 months in the Alps are behind me and I will definitely miss a lot, like my chickens.

On Monday, the youth from the deanery of Leinefelde-Worbis will be welcomed in Normandy.
