Aw ye aw tɔgɔ sɛbɛn Kibaruyaw la
1. Our camper is powered by gas and petrol. Since it has only been driven on gas so far, it is difficult to start it on petrol as it regularly stalls. It takes 1-3 attempts, especially in the mornings, to start it.
2. That's why we named our van 'onemoretime'.
3. There is a bird here called the 'Kookabura' whose trademark is a hysterical loud laugh. It used to wake us up regularly in the mornings at the campsites.
4. We have met some Australians who either have family in Germany or have even emigrated from Germany themselves.
5. Sarah drove onemoretime for the first time today. (I didn't dare to drive on the left side of the road before and because of the starting difficulties).
6. So far we have covered about 1300 km.
7. The hottest day we had was in Barossa Valley with 43 degrees Celsius. The coldest day was in Melbourne at 16 degrees Celsius.
8. The cheapest fuel we have gotten so far was for 1.33 AUD and the most expensive was for 1.66 AUD. (1 AUD = 0.60 EUR).
9. We have always been driving during daylight. Unfortunately, there are many dead kangaroos along the roadside, as they are particularly active at night.
10. We haven't been swimming in the ocean yet, as there hasn't been an opportunity yet. But we want to change that now!

Onemoretime... Erinnert an meine beiden 2CV's (Ente), die waren auch gerne erstmal mit absaufen beschäftigt, bevor sie sich dazu entschlossen haben, doch noch zu fahren.
