The rest of the evening

At 8 p.m. there was a barbecue organized by PeruHop for 50 soles (approx. €12.50) with a 1 hour flat rate drink with three cocktails. Of course I take that with me. I was at the hotel at 7 p.m. and wanted to take a quick shower, but then I thought to myself, go to the pool. And then I was in the pool for another 25 minutes. I thought it would be colder, but the water was very pleasant. Then took a quick shower and then went to the bar in a hostel, where there was a barbecue and music. It was a really cool evening. I sat at the table with the couple from Switzerland and Michael from Munich and we had a lot of fun. To make the price worth it, I probably drank 4 or 5 cocktails. Then we picked up our barbecue plate with burgers, chicken, vegetables, pasta and baked potatoes. Everything was very tasty. There was a good atmosphere in the bar. Michael had his room in this hostel. Maybe I'll reconsider my plan to always book single rooms because the hostels usually have a good atmosphere, the people are open and usually even have a pool. A single room always has something to offer. But in the next town in Nazca I just got a single room for 16€. You just have to hit it. We were there until half past eleven and then everyone went home. I only had a 3 minute walk and I already noticed the alcohol. And then I was very happy about my bed and fell asleep very quickly.
