So, the hourly writing on the blog is over - because: I've arrived! Hobart greeted me with beautiful sunshine. At the airport, I was able to pick up my car right away - wow, it's a big one. For the next 4 weeks, I've received a Kia Carnival as a means of transportation. The left-hand traffic on this island is currently making me despair. It's annoying when you want to signal but actually activate the windshield wiper every time. But I'm sure that will change. ;-)
Afterwards, I moved into my Airbnb accommodation for the next 2 days. I was a bit clueless (to get the key, I had to enter a code and open a box - sounds easier than it was).
After a short nap, I went to Bellerive Beach. It was beautiful to watch the sunset there and dip my feet in the sea. The romantic evening was rounded off with a delicious meal at the Golden Seagull restaurant ;-)
Now I'm in bed and will look at some Tasmania reading material. Tomorrow is supposed to be a nice day too. So take care, my loves.
