At the crowning conclusion, we drove through the fjord landscape again to Bergen , the old Hanseatic city and the starting point of the classic Hurtigruten mail ships. We had been forecasted to be raining, but it kindly didn't start until midday and was more of a drizzle. City tour on your own: with the city center/Hanseatic houses, Bruges (merchants' houses) and the old Håkonshallen fortress (only from the outside) and an overview of the city with a ride on the Fløybahnen funicular.
Satisfied, we set out again in the afternoon, another day on the sea, which turned out to be nice and calm during the crossing. An eventful time with a lot of 'pure scenery' and almost only beautiful weather - reason to be grateful to our God (and today, Good Friday on the way back, anyway!).
