rough planning

Yesterday we finally managed to discuss our adventure. Depending on the budget, we now want to travel from Melbourne to Sydney, along the east coast to Cooktown by car/camper. I'm curious. Almost 4000 km!!!

The Great Barrier Reef is one of our big to-dos. In Cairns, we will part with the car. In addition, another person will join us.

After a while, the group will split up. We will fly from Cairns to Darwin, if financially possible. Then comes the expensive part. We have to see Uluru (Ayers Rock). From there, we will fly to Adelaide and visit Kangaroo Island. We want to spend New Year's Eve in Sydney.

Hopefully, we have enough time!
