36 From Sylt to Arnum - Island Rømø & Danish Pampa

- Cycle from the campsite near Westerland towards the north of the island: Beautiful cycle path through high dunes - almost like on the Dutch west coast ;)

- In List at the ferry terminal, I can store my bags and cycle all the way to the 'Elbow' and the northernmost point of Germany

- Then take the ferry to Rømø and enter the third country of my journey: Denmark!

- No checks at the border, super relaxed!

- Cycle across the island of Rømø, short detour to the beach on the west coast -> Definitely worth it, you can cycle all the way to the water, the sand is so firm :)
(unfortunately, cars are also allowed on the beach...)

- Cycle back to the mainland via the (rather boring^^) Rømødæmningen and thus end the island hopping (for now)

- Cycle a good distance into the countryside on deserted country roads and unfortunately get caught in a rain shower

- Find the nature campsite in the middle of the forest that I scouted online before, but only after a while, luckily there is a short rain break to set up the tent :)

- Having dinner and falling asleep in the tent while it's raining
