Hmm... there's not much to report about this day.
The previous night was quiet, breakfast was good and plentiful, and the day begins with the first program: Lazing around & reading & swimming. And thinking of those who stayed at home. It's almost 30°C here, the sky is bright blue, and a pleasant breeze keeps us from sweating.
Now to the further explanations about being one with oneself.
I am currently reading the book "Atlas of Experience Worlds" and here too I find confirmation of my theories. It is described very aptly here: "...that we can also find our home by overcoming our egocentric isolation through adequate development of our consciousness, our reason and our ability to love and thereby achieving harmony, a new oneness with the world."
The bottom line is: Only those who love themselves can love others. This also includes receiving love from others - look at the children in Italy. They are loved dearly and are therefore already on a better path to being one.
In the evening, the feeling of being alive is significantly enhanced by eating a sumptuous meal in the open air (!) and I slowly start to enjoy astronomy. Another look at the ISS space shuttle and shooting stars and then off to bed.
