Puerto Madryn

After a long bus ride, we arrive at Puerto Madryn

From here, you can explore the Peninsula Valdes, where there is a lot to discover: penguins, sea lions, elephant seals, and orcas can be observed in December. As well as guanacos (llama-like animals), rheas (emu-like birds), maras (rabbit-like animals), and armadillos.

Puerto Madryn is famous for its whale watching, which can be done from the beach during the season. Unfortunately, we had bad timing - all the whales were already gone.
