Day 6: Cannon Beach, Tillamook, Cape Kiwanda

The Oregon Coast shows itself from its famous side -> It rained all day, it stormed like crazy, and the fog almost completely obscured every viewpoint.

Arriving in Cannon Beach in the morning, we took a little walk on the beach to Haystack Rock, a gigantic rock on the beach. The strong wind made us almost stand horizontally in the wind and we were drenched to the bone in no time.

Onwards to Tillamook, the cheese capital of the USA. You can find cheese in every supermarket, but the city doesn't have much else to offer.

On the way back to the motorhome, a rain shower came out of nowhere and soaked us to the bone again :)

Preview of day 7: Continuing along the coast on #101. Highlight of the day = Newport with the seals right on the pier.
