After more than 20,000km, we finally made it - we are at Nordkapp! It is a small lifelong dream of ours. Considering that it took us 3 weeks alone to drive through Norway to get here, it will probably not be possible to reach here again so quickly. We reach the large parking lot directly at the Nordkapp hall at 20 degrees. The parking lot is well filled. There are few places available in the first row, and if there are, it feels like being packed like sardines. We find a quiet spot in one of the back rows and are surprised by how much is going on here. There are multiple tour buses arriving every hour, even until night. Well, night can't really be called that here, because here you can see the sun for 24 hours straight. Somehow, this place is quite impressive. The sea is so vast, the rocks are barely covered with vegetation, and somehow you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The nature is completely untouched, and in the distance, you can see a few reindeer every now and then. After spending the night, we look for a small campsite 10km away and spend 2 nights here before heading back. The next few days are characterized by long car rides, as our next destination will be Trondheim.
