At around 7:30 am, a bakery car parked next to me and honked the horn, not just once but repeatedly. Constantly.😑 It disappeared after 10 minutes and I dozed off again. Time for breakfast. At around 9:45 am, I headed to Vilalba, where there was a bike park, but I found it closed.😕 It seemed like no one had been there for a while. Well, that's unfortunate. But I still had another bike park near A Coruna. Another 80 km and a good hour later, I arrived there.

The Machine

Delay because on the highway after a mountain pass, the coolant warning light came on. I quickly stopped at a rest area to check what was going on. The coolant level was below minimum, so I waited briefly and topped it up. And off I went.👨🏼‍🔧⚙️ I found the small bike park right away, did some turns, jumps, pushed back up, and repeated. After about an hour and a half, I was completely exhausted. I drove into A Coruna and found a good parking spot. I relaxed in the van for a bit and around 2:00 pm, I headed into the city. Of course, on my bike. I found a small hiking trail near the Torre de Hercules and rode it three times because it was awesome. 🚴🏽‍♂️

The Machine and a Tower

Back at the van, I took a shower and then enjoyed the sunshine. Since it was already past four, I had two beers and hung out in the van a little longer. Afterwards, I walked into the city and checked out a few shops. After many steps and almost back at the van, I spontaneously decided to get a pizza. I had originally wanted to eat pasta bolognese, but that can wait until tomorrow.😅

Snacking with a view

Today, it was time for a ham and mushroom pizza, and I sat in the sun on the promenade. The pizza was delicious, but I missed the sunset. Back in the van, I had two more beers and then went to sleep.😁
