Schauinsland and Martins Bräu

After multiple admonitions to the esteemed readership 😝😝, I can only apologize for not writing something every day 🙄

So, after visiting Strasbourg, we left Meißenheim and headed to Kaiserstuhl. The small mountain range in Baden Württemberg. 🤭🤭

There, specifically in Königschaffhausen, we found a parking space at Mrs. Schmidt's cherry farm. This time the cost was 13 euros per night, including electricity and water. So, okay 👌. Great area, nice people and delicious cakes at the accompanying cherry café. Reserved again for two nights. In addition, there was the morning bread service. 👍😋In the afternoon, we took a little bike ride. The next day we had an appointment in Freiburg. With Martin and Susann. By chance, the two were on vacation near Baden Baden and took a day trip to the Breisgau. The view from up there was magnificent.

We rode back 🔙 to the city with the bike, where our appointment was already waiting at the cathedral. The subsequent dinner and a little stroll through the city made the day end nicely. (For privacy reasons, the faces of the participants have been blurred) 😎😎

Since we had to park the motorhome outside the city, we were able to see something of the beautiful city on the way there. Freiburg is certainly very livable. A very lively and vibrant city 🏙

The evening came to an end at the cherry farm with a beautiful sunset. 🌞
