Bali - Ubud Monkey Forest

প্ৰকাশিত: 15.12.2017

The next morning we packed our backpacks. In the afternoon, we were going to the beach. We left our luggage at the accommodation (€4.50 per person/night) while we went to the Monkey Forest. Padi and I had been there in March, but Vanessa also wanted to see the monkeys. We were pleasantly surprised, the entire entrance had been redesigned. The monkeys are still the same. The baby monkeys with their parents are especially cute, and we watched them for a long time.

On the way back to the accommodation, we stopped at a restaurant for lunch. This time it was a vegan restaurant that was knowledgeable about allergens. I only had a drink, and Padi had a coconut curry which he made sure was gluten-free (that's no problem at any small backyard restaurant). Unfortunately, Padi discovered in the afternoon that his food wasn't 100% gluten-free. As a result, Padi was confined to bed and the toilet with fever, chills, and gastrointestinal problems.
