After our driving experiences, we wanted to check the way to Sierpe, where we have to be very early tomorrow. That was a good idea, because the first attempt ended up in the middle of nowhere because of a collapsed bridge.
The second one was successful. On the way back, we wanted to visit the stone spheres that Ralf talked about. They were also very hidden for a World Heritage Site. The museum and the grounds are currently being prepared for visitors. Apparently not many people come yet. The employees were really excited. Just like in Palenque, you could just walk around.
In the afternoon, we relaxed at Playa de las Ventanas. There are windows (Ventanas) to the open sea, through which the water is flushed. Crazy Americans go in with a swimming board.
Dinner at a beautiful restaurant run by French people. Salad with crabs and fresh ravioli. Not Central American, but very fine.
