Our Helene was born in Krasnoyarsk, but no one knows her here. The journey here was quite long (540km), but on a good road quite fast. The landscape became more and more varied and the expected endless birch forest passages did not happen. It doesn't look that lonely here. At regular intervals, there are settlements or cities along the Transcontinental (that's what Road 255 across Russia is called). Krasnoyarsk is now a million-city and benefits particularly from the coal, steel industry, and nuclear technology.
We are staying in our usual luxury at the Hilton. That's how you learn to enjoy a nice shower.
We have moved one hour closer to home due to the time difference (now only 5 hours ahead).
