A place like home!

We were lucky enough to spend two nights at the mother and mother-in-law of two friends of ours before we set off for Vietnam. She lives between Malacca and Kuala Lumpur, which was exactly on our travel route.

We were warmly welcomed by Debbie and her husband and immediately felt at home. They took us to restaurants that we would never have found on our own, and we went on trips to the sea and a waterfall. We were also deliciously cooked with noodle soup, fried rice, spring rolls, and summer rolls to roll ourselves. It was a great time that unfortunately went by too quickly.

Now we're already on our way to Hanoi in Vietnam to start our next adventure.
