Farm life in Samford.

I can cross out one thing on my To Do List for Australia:

Live and work on an Australian farm.

Ok I admit it's not the farm you imagine, we're not in the outback where the next town or even house is hundreds of km away.

Actually it's a little private farm run by a retired police officer, which fulfilled her dream of her own farm. She lives here with her husband, little daughter, and a lot of animals: horses, a Shetland pony, goats, chickens, a cockatoo, cockatiels, and baby ducks.

It's a big property in Samford Valley, which is situated just 30 min from Brisbane, but it looks like you're in the middle of a paradise surrounded by mountains.

We have our daily routine here like feeding the animals in the morning, doing some housework\garden work etc.

4 to 6 hours per day and we can live and eat here for free.

Long story short, normally the plan was another one, but now we are here and I think everything happens for a reason...
