Adventure Bus Ride

Our bus arrived at the bus station punctually at 9:30 am. A vehicle that probably wouldn't have passed the TÜV in Germany anymore! Greetings to my friends from the GTÜ at this point :-D You would have had a lot of fun with it!

Although we were pretty much the only ones waiting, the bus filled up quite quickly and off we went. Apart from us, there was another - at least outwardly European - couple on board, otherwise only locals! And again, everyone was friendly. I think traveling here with a child makes things even easier!

Almost 7 hours and many scenic views later, we arrived in Phuket, where the taxi ride to the hotel (about 3km) cost almost as much as the entire bus ride!
