A beautiful morning😊 I got a couch in a glass conservatory and I'm surrounded by nature. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping... it's beautiful here.

Slowly, one by one, everyone is getting out of bed. Each one prepares breakfast and enjoys the tranquility. Around half past nine, the team starts working. A few young people are building a lovely cottage in the garden, two girls are working on the windows of the main house. Caja, my dear host, instructs me to fill pallets for the heating in old Tetra Paks. Everything here is recycled. I like that. I learn what other things can be used for. Caja offered me the wonderful opportunity last night to stay here as a Workawayer. I am so happy, this will be my first experience with Work and Travel.

At 2:00 pm, we have lunch at a large table in the garden. A girl from Argentina is a perfect cook and prepares food for the entire group every day. It all tastes soo... good! They tell me that every evening at 10:00 pm, they go on a 'Dumpster Diving Tour' to the nearby supermarket. It's called 'containern' in Germany, which is legal here in Denmark. I'm very excited to join them one day. It's a great solution to feed a group of 10 to 12 people every day.

The afternoon is for relaxing. It's wonderful to just hang out and do nothing in this nature.

Yesterday, a boy from Germany also arrived here with his cargo bike. He has already traveled 2500 km. He comes from Leipzig and has already traveled all over Sweden. He is also traveling with a tent and as self-sufficient. I ask him if he knows about my gear shift, because I have a small problem with it. It doesn't take long and now three young men are dealing with this problem. Later, my gear shift is perfectly adjusted and works perfectly again. It's such a wonderful experience to be in this community.

In the evening, it's time. The three of us go on tour🤭 When we arrive at the supermarket, we open the large gray trash bins. We fill three large bags with usable food that would otherwise be thrown away. It's very sad that this is not allowed in Germany.
