Chalkidiki: Kassandra

Wɔatintim: 15.06.2021

Chalkidiki is a peninsula that looks like a hand with three fingers. The back one (Athos) is populated by monks and is forbidden to all female beings (even animals except for female birds). But the two front ones are the two beautiful sisters Kassandra and Sithonia, which we are currently exploring extensively.

So first Kassandra, the rather flat one with the long beaches. We spent a few relaxing days camping right on a flat beautiful sandy beach. From here, we could also take a bike tour to the nearby town and next door at the luxury hotel, the boys enjoyed the playground.

Then we found ourselves happily on the dune Kap Possidi with a lighthouse. It was really beautiful. We enjoyed the atmosphere very much and the omelettes taste even better without clothes and directly on the beach.
