After a good night's sleep following the beautiful 22-hour bus ride, we set out to explore Sapa. We went to the Ham Rong flower garden, a garden located on a mountain right in the city of Sapa. At first, it looked quite small. However, as we took some smaller paths where there were no Asians, who were everywhere else, we realized that it was actually a larger area. Gradually, fog started to roll in, making it difficult to navigate. Eventually, we realized that we had been walking in circles and were a little confused. So, we approached an Asian person and asked them where the exit was. Funny enough, they answered us in German and explained the way out of the 'maze'. Finally back on familiar ground, we went to a café, had a shake, ate something, and ended the evening at a pub with Vietnamese beer.
