Day 12 | 22.10.2016 Waitakere, Muriwai

The next day, I showed the guys what I had discovered the evening before and we went for a short hike.

The next destination was The Warehouse, but it took a while because I had left my shoes on the roof of the van and when I remembered, there was only one left, fortunately stuck on the roof. So we turned back to look for Lisa's shoe. Half an hour later, it was finally back, after we found it all alone on the side of the road, standing perfectly as if I had just taken it off there. Well, onwards to Warehouse, where we bought a CD for the car ride. Very chill road trip hits that make even more good mood in perfect weather, when you're on your way to the next beach again. This time we went to Muriwai Beach, a little relaxation and shell collecting.

In the afternoon, we set off for our first job, picking strawberries. Tomorrow is our first day, so we had a quick bite to eat, met some people, had a beer and then off to bed.
