Because of all the excitement, it took a little longer to fall asleep the day before, which is why the curtains didn't open until a while later.
Around midday we set off for China Town, which was only a few minutes away by bus. The streets were busy, but apart from the usual small shops and lots of restaurants, there was little to see. At a snack bar we ordered various variations of Chori-Bans (Argentinian chorizo in Asian bao-bans) and beer, both of which were very tasty.
As Ines' shoes were slowly giving up the ghost, we wanted to look for a new pair in a shopping street, but we quickly gave up on this idea because of the horrendous prices (over 50% more expensive than in Germany). Back at the accommodation, we chilled out a bit before we headed to the airport after a large portion of sushi. Shortly before midnight, we reached the hotel in Campeche and fell into bed, dead tired.
