As Joel unexpectedly had the day off today, we decided spontaneously to go to Areguá. One of his former colleagues opened a small café there. Since it didn't open until 3 o'clock, we had some time to go to the beach in Areguá. Areguá, like San Bernardino, is located on the Ypacaraí Lake, just on the other side.
This beach was also completely empty on Friday afternoon. In general, this beach is not as famous as the one in Sanber, although I also find it very beautiful and cozy. It's just a shame that you can't swim or rather shouldn't swim in the water.
But what's really cool about this beach is a wooden structure from which water gushes out. It was awesome as a refreshment!!!
So we went to the café and I have to say, it was really cute there.
I have to mention that too. My FIRST coffee in Paraguay.
Tonight we're going to a birthday party in Asunción at a 'beer house' - let's see what's waiting for me.
