Tuesday, 24.03.20, Day 128

Onewhero Domain, Onewhero

The last day with Zuhlo is approaching - a day we never imagined. We start early in the morning to enjoy the last hours with our Zuhlo. We also take the time to run some errands. We go shopping and then check into our AirBnb apartment, which we rented for the next few days. In the afternoon, we are done with everything and Zuhlo is empty in the parking lot. At 6 pm, we head to the airport to pick up John and then proceed with the handover of the van. After further negotiations, we sold Zuhlo for a really good price considering the circumstances. It feels really weird to see the home of the past few months drive away. We stand arm in arm on the street, relieved to be free of a great worry. In the evening, we enjoy the luxury of a hot shower, have a delicious dinner, and toast with a glass of wine to our Zuhlo and the past months. Shortly after, exhausted and relieved, we fall into bed.
