We meet in the morning at the harbor and wait for boarding. Each person gets a sticker on their chest and a lanyard that reminds a little bit of a VIP bracelet. Laura writes her travel diary during the almost 3-hour crossing, Katharina sits on the upper deck and fights with nausea. I take a much-needed power nap. I wake up once because Suse shouts loudly, 'Jan, don't come too close to me!'. It took me a moment to realize what's going on... the 3 of them are playing Sorry!. When we arrive at the harbor, we negotiate with the taxi drivers and squeeze ourselves and our luggage into the small minivan. We are greeted at the villa by two butlers, a welcome drink, and a cold towel. We still check our scooters and quickly drive to the beach restaurant. Having not eaten anything proper all day, we are slowly getting hangry. Next door, there is a very modern restroom facility where you pay the price depending on the size of your business. Mandi = big / Kencinc = small. We go on to the crank-operated gas station and then we end the evening comfortably in the pool.
