Tawarawar Falls

After 3 days in our new accommodation (a stylish motel from the 70s, including orange carpet and 3561 cobwebs), we set off towards the waterfall with Theresa (also from Germany and working in the motel for accommodation and food) and our 22-year-old Toyota. According to Google Maps, the waterfall was only a 30-minute drive from our motel.

However, the road was bad and our shock absorbers were even worse, so our average speed was only about 10 km/h and the travel time was definitely not just half an hour.

After finally arriving at the waterfall parking lot, we still had a crazy hike (20 minutes) to the waterfall. This 'hike' leads along a river that was 100000000 times clearer than the rivers in Germany. The waterfall itself was also really beautiful. On the way back, we saw a lot of rabbits, unfortunately not all alive :´(. In the evening, we of course took advantage of the television in the room.
