Tag 170 - Pool-Day @ Villa

Hello dear

Today we had a really cozy day at the pool. Jonny went for another tattoo, Pu accompanied him. Tiziana, Roman, Kevin and I stayed in the villa and started with cocktails early :).

The Coronavirus is still very present with us... We regularly follow how it spreads and consider the next steps carefully.

Originally, the plan was to continue traveling to Koh Phangan tomorrow and visit the Halfmoon Party there. A huge event that takes place twice a month: at full moon and half moon. We have planned a large part of the trip around this party, but...

Meanwhile, we have come to the decision to make a change in plans.

Now we will take the ferry to Koh Tao tomorrow and enjoy a few more days there with few people at beautiful beaches. It's definitely not what we originally planned... But given the current situation, it really is the most reasonable. Is our reaction exaggerated? No. Many information does not even reach Europe or is played down... But this way we should be very safe on the road. It really bothers all of us to have to cut our vacation short immediately.

Now we move on to a remote island and celebrate it, being able to enjoy the beautiful weather together at the other end of the world.

Tonight Jonny and Pu are so kind to cook for us. The two really know how to prepare a delicious meal! Later we will probably still sit on the terrace and chat until it's bedtime :).
