Hike Petersberg

Our journey started with the train to Flintsbach in the Inn Valley. From the station we went through the Wolfsschlucht and then up to the Petersberg. We walked along a narrow path alongside the raging mountain stream with meter-high waterfalls and with a view of a large quarry. We continued through the dense forest, past steep slopes and some fire salamanders. Finally we arrived at the mountain inn and enjoyed a warm lunch. After a leisurely descent we arrived at the station in Flintsbach at nightfall and we all went home. For more pictures you can click here .
