From Miranda we then went via Mangonui to Paihia, there we drove to Kerikeri in the evening to watch the movie Home Again at the cinema, as the weather was bad -> highly recommended movie with Reese Witherspoon. The campsite in Paihia where we stayed overnight was right next to Action World, which we also planned to visit the next day. Here there was Tarzan swing, suspension rope, high trapeze, climbing wall, water slide, steep slides and much more, all without safety measures, as there was always an air cushion underneath. We had a blast and also played darts, running bungee, basketball and ring toss. For 20 dollars excl. mini golf but incl. all other activities and also without time limit, highly recommended for a not so sunny half day. In the evening we went to book our sailing trip for the next day. It was the Gangha II - run by a Canadian.
