The journey continues

Waking up relatively early, packed and had breakfast, then headed to the train station in Wetteren. From there, I took various regional trains towards Paris, as I didn't want to pay for the reservation for the TGV.

In Lille, I bought myself something to eat and arrived in Paris at 5 o'clock. Luckily, my hostel was not far from the train station, so I didn't have to walk too far with my heavy backpack.

After settling in, I started exploring the area around the hostel and then walked to Place de la République, where I ordered spaghetti with mushroom sauce. As it got dark, I went back to the hostel, as I wanted to be well-rested for the next day.
